Check Your Order and Shipment

Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. 

If you do not receive the tracking number, please check the spam in your mailbox first. If you do not find it, please contact us via online chat or email.

Shipping information

Note: There are delivery delays in rare instances, where packages may take longer to be delivered than the listed time frame. Unfortunately, it is out of our control and customs may delay deliveries in some instances. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will only cover shipping if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Please consider our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which is why it may take some time for delivery. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, we can accommodate for damaged items and packages lost in transit as long as we receive proof (stated in refund section) within 5 days of receiving goods.

All delivery times are estimates and subject to the courier being able to deliver. Weather and unforeseen events may also cause a small delay.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping over $39.97, otherwise you will need to pay a postage fee

The total sum listed in the checkout is only the money you need to pay for the product(s).

We are NOT responsible for any duties, taxes (including VAT), and brokerage fees (if need be). Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Tracking

As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.

Cancellation/changes

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.
